approximate location;
site-interaction information;
cookie and analytics identifiers; and
dates and times of visits.

Payment information

Payments may be processed by Wix Payments, Stripe, PayPal, or another payment processor.

I generally do not directly receive or store your complete payment-card number. Payment processors handle that information according to their own policies and security practices.

process purchases;
confirm and manage orders;

website hosting;
online forms;
payment processing;

I do not sell questionnaire responses or completed tarot readings as standalone customer data.

Do not state that you “never share information” because using Wix, payments, email, analytics, cloud storage, or AI tools involves third-party processing.

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Last updated: July 11, 2026

Each tarot reading is a personalized service prepared for the individual customer. Please review this policy before purchasing.

Cancellation Before Work Begins

You may request cancellation before work on your personalized reading begins.

A cancellation request must be sent to info@ThePopLuxe.com and include your name, order number, and email address used at checkout.

When Work Is Considered to Have Begun

Work begins when any of the following occurs:

your questionnaire is reviewed;
your question is evaluated or reframed;
your spread is selected;
cards are pulled;
interpretation or drafting begins;
a document is created or formatted; or
other personalized preparation has begun.

Once work begins, the order cannot be canceled or refunded except where required by applicable law.

Completed Readings

Completed and delivered readings are non-refundable because they are personalized digital services created for the customer.

A refund will not be issued solely because:

the message was unexpected;
it did not confirm the outcome you hoped for;
every portion did not resonate;
you changed your mind;
you disagreed with the interpretation;
a predicted possibility did not occur;
a timeline shifted;
another person made a different choice;
circumstances later changed; or
you did not read the service description or policies.

Failure to Provide Information

If required information is missing, I may contact you for clarification.

If you do not respond within seven calendar days, I may:

complete the reading based on the information available;
extend the estimated delivery timeframe; or
cancel the order.

If the order is canceled after personalized work has begun, a refund may not be available except where required by law.

Incorrect Email Address

You are responsible for entering an accurate email address.

If delivery fails because of an incorrect address, contact info@ThePopLuxe. The completed PDF may be resent to a corrected address after reasonable verification.

An incorrect email address does not entitle the customer to a new or rewritten reading.

Duplicate Orders

Contact info@ThePopLuxe.com promptly when an accidental duplicate purchase occurs.

A duplicate order may be refunded when no work has begun on the duplicate service.

Business Cancellation

If I cannot complete your reading, payment for the undelivered service will be refunded.

Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

Please contact info@ThePopLuxe.com before initiating a chargeback so I have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may be contested using order records, customer communications, questionnaire submissions, policy acceptance records, and proof of delivery.

Nothing in this policy limits legal consumer rights that cannot be waived.
