These Terms & Conditions govern your use of NadiTarot.com and your purchase of tarot reading services from [legal business name or your full legal name doing business as Nadi Intuitive Tarot], referred to throughout these Terms as “I,” “me,” “my,” or “the business.”

By accessing this website, submitting a questionnaire, or purchasing a reading, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Eligibility to Purchase

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to purchase a reading.

A parent or legal guardian may purchase a reading concerning a minor. The adult placing the order must provide the information, consent to the reading, receive the completed reading, and accept responsibility for the purchase.

I may decline questions that are inappropriate for the minor’s age, unreasonably invade the minor’s privacy, or fall outside the ethical scope of my practice.

2. Nature of the Service

I provide personalized written tarot readings for personal reflection, spiritual insight, and entertainment purposes.

I personally review the information submitted, select an appropriate spread, and physically pull the cards for the reading. The completed reading may be prepared with the assistance of third-party writing, editing, formatting, and technology tools and is reviewed by me before delivery.

Tarot is interpretive and cannot guarantee accuracy, outcomes, timelines, predictions, or future events.

3. Available Readings
Clarity Reading

The Clarity Reading is designed to explore one primary question or focused situation.

Typical delivery timeframe: 7–10 business days after both payment and the completed questionnaire have been received.

Deep Dive Reading

The Deep Dive Reading is designed for one complex, layered, or recurring situation and may explore multiple closely connected aspects of that situation.

Typical delivery timeframe: 10–14 business days after both payment and the completed questionnaire have been received.

The Deep Dive Reading is not intended to combine multiple unrelated topics into one order.

4. Delivery Timeframes

Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or recognized holidays.

The delivery timeframe begins only after:

payment has been successfully received; and
the required questionnaire has been fully submitted.

Posted delivery periods are estimates rather than guarantees. Travel, illness, emergencies, technical problems, scheduled time away, incomplete information, unusually high demand, or other circumstances outside my reasonable control may result in an adjusted delivery date.

When an extended turnaround is anticipated before purchase, a travel or delay notice will be displayed on the website.

5. Customer Information

You are responsible for providing:

an accurate email address;
complete and truthful information;
sufficient context for the reading;
a clear primary question or situation; and
information you are legally permitted to share.

Please do not provide Social Security numbers, banking credentials, passwords, complete medical records, or other unnecessary highly sensitive information.

Leaving out material information may limit how specifically the reading can address your circumstances.

6. Scope of Questions

Readings may explore subjects such as relationships, emotional connections, career direction, creativity, personal growth, decisions, major transitions, repeating patterns, and situations that feel unclear or stuck.

I do not provide:

medical or mental-health diagnoses;
pregnancy determinations;
paternity determinations;
predictions of death;
assistance locating missing persons;
legal conclusions;
specific investment instructions;
guaranteed outcomes;
crisis intervention;
investigations of another person;
verified access to another person’s private thoughts;
services involving harassment, stalking, illegal conduct, or harm.

I may decline, limit, or reframe any question that falls outside my ethical or professional boundaries.

7. Yes-or-No and Timing Questions

Yes-or-no and timing questions may be explored, but tarot is generally more useful when a question allows for context, patterns, choices, and surrounding influences.

No definite yes-or-no answer, exact date, timeline, or outcome is guaranteed.

8. No Professional Advice

Tarot readings are not medical care, mental-health treatment, legal advice, financial advice, investment advice, crisis services, or a substitute for assistance from an appropriately qualified professional.

You remain solely responsible for your own decisions, actions, wellbeing, relationships, finances, health, and legal affairs.

In an emergency or crisis, contact emergency services or an appropriate licensed professional rather than waiting for a reading.

9. Follow-Up Questions

Each order includes one completed written reading based on the information originally submitted.

Follow-up questions, additional card pulls, substantial clarification requests, unrelated topics, new developments, and newly arising questions are not included unless otherwise stated in writing.

They may require a separate purchase.

10. Changes to Your Question

You may request a change before work begins.

Once I have reviewed your submission, selected a spread, pulled cards, begun drafting, or otherwise started preparing the personalized service, the question cannot be substantially changed.

A new or unrelated question requires a separate order.

11. Communication

Communication will generally occur by email using the address submitted with your purchase.

You are responsible for:

providing a correct email address;
checking your spam, junk, and promotions folders;
keeping access to the email account used; and
responding promptly when clarification is requested.

12. Failure to Respond

When additional information is reasonably required, I may contact you by email.

If you do not respond within seven calendar days, I may:

complete the reading using the available information;
extend the delivery timeframe; or
cancel the order in accordance with the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

13. Refusal or Cancellation of Service

I reserve the right to decline or cancel an order involving:

abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct;
illegal or dangerous requests;
repeated boundary violations;
fraudulent payment activity;
invasive requests concerning another person;
insufficient information;
a conflict of interest;
a subject outside the ethical scope of my practice; or
circumstances that prevent me from responsibly completing the reading.

When I cancel an order before the service is provided, payment for the undelivered service will be refunded.

14. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are governed by the separate Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

Because each reading is personalized, completed readings are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

15. No Guaranteed Satisfaction or Outcome

A refund will not be issued solely because:

the message was unexpected;
the reading did not confirm a desired outcome;
every interpretation did not personally resonate;
you changed your mind after work began;
a predicted possibility did not occur;
circumstances later changed; or
you disagreed with the reading.
16. Intellectual Property

All website content, written readings, PDF designs, graphics, templates, logos, branding, photographs, page layouts, and original materials are owned by or licensed to [business name] and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Your completed reading is licensed to you for personal use.

You may save it, print it, and privately share it. You may not:

resell it;
republish it publicly;
commercially distribute it;
copy the template or design for another business;
remove ownership or copyright notices;
present the material as your own work;
use it to train or develop a competing service; or
reproduce substantial portions without written permission.

17. Testimonials and Reviews

Any testimonial shared on the website or in marketing must represent a genuine customer experience.

Submission of a review does not automatically grant permission to publish personally identifying information. Testimonials may be edited for length, clarity, grammar, or privacy without materially changing their meaning.

I will not knowingly publish fabricated or materially misleading testimonials. Federal rules prohibit certain fake, false, or deceptive review practices.

18. Third-Party Services

The website may rely upon third parties, including Wix, payment processors, email providers, form providers, analytics platforms, cloud storage services, and writing, design, or technology tools.

I am not responsible for outages, failures, security incidents, delays, or acts of third-party services outside my reasonable control.

Your use of those services may also be subject to their individual terms and privacy policies.

19. Website Availability

I do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure access to the website.

The site may be changed, suspended, corrected, updated, or temporarily unavailable without notice.

20. Limitation of Liability
